About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- provide in-office client and advisor support interfacing with affluent investment clients
- facilitate day-to-day transactional needs of the client base

Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry Level / 1 – 3 years in the role as an Investment Support Specialist/Fiduciary Support Specialist
- knowledge of deposits, loan, banking products, and operating systems unique to the line of business
- general knowledge of investment products (stocks, bonds)
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- exemplary customer service and professional etiquette skills
- undergraduate degree (preferred)
