About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Leads complex HR execution and delivery initiatives across multiple disciplines
- Advises business leaders on human capital implications and execution risks
- Designs and implements improvements to HR delivery processes
- Leads cross-functional HR projects and change initiatives
- Translates workforce data into actionable execution plans
- Provides guidance and coaching to junior professionals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years progressive HR experience
- Advanced knowledge of HR execution and delivery models
- Experience in financial services (preferred)
- Project or change management certification (preferred)
