About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports Agile delivery by participating in and facilitating Agile ceremonies
- Provides input in identifying and escalating impediments that affect team progress
- Applies Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban to contribute to transformation efforts
- Collaborates with team members and stakeholders to promote Agile principles
- Supports the collection and reporting of Agile metrics and team performance data
- Contributes to Agile training and knowledge sharing within the team
- Assists in the adoption and use of Agile tools and technologies
- Works under guidance to implement Agile best practices
- Supports cross-functional collaboration to achieve delivery goals
- Continuously develops Agile knowledge and skills through learning and practice
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile delivery or related technical roles
- Basic understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience participating in Agile ceremonies
- Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Fundamentals (preferred)
- Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira) (preferred)
- Interest in continuous improvement and Agile methodologies (preferred)
- Technical background or experience in software development or related fields (preferred)
