About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for designing and developing readiness and enablement content for CSBB teammates.
Focus on supporting the Small Business Segment and Deposit Product line.
Translates complex business initiatives, product updates, and process changes into clear, actionable training and materials that drive adoption and field execution.
Partners with stakeholders on larger initiatives to deliver high-quality, role-based content that supports teammate performance and client impact.
Supports enterprise consumer banking priorities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience and related training.
10 year's Financial Services experience or equivalent work experience.
Training experience to include instructional design, class facilitation with writing content material for adult learners.
Thorough knowledge of CSBB operational procedures, policies, etc.
Proficiency in Computer Applications (Skype/Web Ex, MS Office, Excel and Power Point).
Technical, Interpersonal, Problem Solving and ability to work efficiently across multiple platforms.
Highly developed written and verbal communications (including grammar and spelling).
Experience leading projects.
Ability to execute on a project and define realization factors proving success of the project.
