About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and execute Truist's fraud strategy roadmap across consumer, small business, and wholesale products
- Set the vision for detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud at scale
- Translate emerging fraud threats and regulatory expectations into prioritized transformation portfolio
- Partner across the enterprise to sequence investments and ensure alignment with Risk Management Framework
- Manage a team responsible for executing the relevant components of the Fraud Program
- Act as a subject matter expert for Fraud program reviews
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and other resources required to execute initiatives
- Own execution of strategy and delivery of results
- Influence the strategic direction of the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
- Ten+ years of financial services work experience, including Fraud management experience
- Prior structured problem solving experience through consulting, business leadership or federal government experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Five+ years direct Internal Audit and/or Governmental Regulatory experience
- Experience leading projects and driving change
- Progressive management experience
