Commercial Client Specialist II
TruistProvide sales and service support to Relationship Managers in Commercial banking. Assist with loan processing and client servicing while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide sales support to Relationship Managers
- Assist with pipeline accuracy, call preparation, and onboarding deposit accounts
- Support sales process and portfolio growth
- Provide superior client service to Commercial Community Bank clients
- Assist in general servicing of Commercial loans and deposits
- Monitor reporting and escalate as needed
- Communicate with clients regarding loan support
- Manage problem loans and collections
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma, or equivalent education and related training
- Five years of related experience, preferably within financial services
- Two years of experience in a CCS role, or similar
- Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze and resolve issues independently
- Advanced knowledge of related systems and processes
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to complete all core courses outlined in the CCS training curriculum
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
