About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support data integration and reporting initiatives across ERP and finance and risk data platforms.
- Gather and analyze project/downstream data mart consumers' requirements.
- Collaborate with Lines of Business (LOB) teams on data mapping.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Design, implement, and execute complex recurring or ad hoc reports.
- Investigate and research variations in reports, data, systems.
- Develop and administer controls to ensure process integrity.
- Assist with the development of departmental documentation.
- Serve as a consultative resource on risk reporting, data, system, or related issues.
- Lead moderate projects with heightened risks, complexity, and resource requirements.
- Mentor less experienced teammates.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Deep specialized and/or broad knowledge within a professional discipline.
- Solid understanding of key business processes and strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences.
- Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges.
- Ability to lead moderately complex projects.
