Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee the delivery of high-quality digital content experiences within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Lead a team of AEM Authors responsible for digital content execution & delivery
Monitor team performance, workload balance, and delivery health across initiatives
Ensure proper use of templates, components, content fragments, and metadata
Validate adherence to UX, brand, SEO, and accessibility standards
Partner with Digital Strategists, Channel Leads, Marketing Managers, and UX teams
Drive consistency in content delivery workflows, including approvals and publishing
Establish and enforce QA standards across all content builds
Ensure adherence to digital governance and compliance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in digital content authoring, web content management, or digital delivery
2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team in a digital or marketing delivery environment
Deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites)
Strong understanding of component-based authoring, templates, metadata, and publishing workflows
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and deadlines
