VP – RECB Credit Delivery
TruistVP of RECB Credit Delivery responsible for financial analysis and risk assessment for Commercial Real Estate clients. Collaborating with deal teams and managing complex credit relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit structure recommendation for Commercial Real Estate clients
- Lead due diligence and underwriting documentation of complex credit relationships
- Review and oversee due diligence, structuring, and credit underwriting on new money, renewals, and reviews
- Provide oversight of credit relationship/project performance and monitor activity
- Serve as secondary point of contact for clients
- Facilitate communication across servicing and functional teams
- Decision and approve Borrower requests and risk ratings
- Mentor and coach Associates and Analysts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of credit principles applied to large institutional clients and familiarity with Loan Documentation, loan servicing, and complex real estate structures
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints
- Demonstrated success working in a collaborative team environment
- 5+ years of portfolio management and client relationship experience with pension funds, life insurance companies, or private equity firms (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of ARGUS software and high-level Excel modeling and analysis tools (preferred)
- Experience within the commercial real estate industry and loan servicing operations (preferred)
