About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a team responsible for technology solutions meeting business needs and operational requirements
Identify and resolve complex technical and organizational challenges
Leverage technologies to improve business efficiencies and speed-to-market
Direct engineering and deployment of delivery projects
Oversee planning, design, engineering, testing, and deployment of application projects
Develop departmental plans and adapt them to meet operational challenges
Maintain appropriate Risk Profile and partner with regulators for risk mitigation
Act as an Agile champion and oversee quality software delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and equivalent combination of advanced education and experience (8 years IT software engineering, 5 years relevant business experience, 5 years project management, 2 years management experience)
Broad in-depth knowledge of technology trends, regulatory requirements, and IT strategies
Ability to translate strategic planning into software and data management needs
Executive-level communications skills and experience negotiating with vendors
Ability to lead complex projects with enterprise-wide implications
Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical and operational challenges
Ability to lead and manage multiple teams against financial and operational objectives
