About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the evolution of our commercial card capabilities within Enterprise Payments
Manage the full product lifecycle, from strategy and development through commercialization and performance
Drive digital first initiatives including tokenization, mobile and virtual card capabilities
Partner cross functionally across technology, operations, risk, and sales
Define and execute a multi-year product strategy spanning tokenization and mobile virtual cards
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management
Translate strategic objectives into clear product requirements and agile delivery plans
Analyze client behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities
Track and manage product performance including OKRs, KPIs, and financial outcomes
Support sales and client engagement through solution positioning and executive presentations
Ensure all products meet risk, compliance, and governance standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
10+ years of relevant financial services or consulting firm experience
Strong product management, design and development skills
In-depth and broad knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and time management skills
Advanced knowledge of payments systems and practices
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
