Orchestrate and advance Truist’s enterprise-wide AI initiatives through structured task force engagement
Drive strategic alignment, governance adherence, and business value realization across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions
Facilitate collaboration across LOB/CF AI Task Forces, the AI Working Group, and the AI Executive Advisory Working Group to ensure alignment with enterprise infrastructure, governance, and compliance standards
Oversee the intake, evaluation, development, and implementation of AI use cases using Truist’s six-stage AI system lifecycle framework
Ensure adherence to the Enterprise AI Policy, including principles of accountability, transparency, fairness, and security; partner with EDA and TEMPO to monitor compliance and escalate issues
Support rollout and prioritization of Agentic AI capabilities via the Truist Knowledge Domain (TKD) platform
Act as liaison between business leaders, technology teams, and external partners to shape AI strategy, facilitate executive training, and drive adoption
Define and track KPIs for AI initiatives, ensuring post-implementation impact is measured and reported
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Broad knowledge across multiple areas such as executive reporting, stakeholder management, finance, project management, and change management
Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges, and apply best practices to improve products, processes, or services
Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges
Superior executive-level communication skills (verbal and written), including negotiation, persuasion, and ability to influence others
Must possess ability to: be organized, consume volumes of information, and synthesize in an executive summary manner; think critically to connect the dots; support slideware creation for deliverables at the executive level; provide highest level of attention to detail; establish positive working relationships; work in a fast-paced environment where quick turnaround is demanded

Preferred: Master’s degree and minimum 10 years of related experience or equivalent combination
Preferred: Proven experience in AI governance, program management, or enterprise transformation
Preferred: Strong understanding of AI technologies including generative and agentic AI
Preferred: Skilled in cross-functional leadership and stakeholder engagement
Preferred: Familiarity with financial services regulatory environments and risk frameworks
