Senior Change Delivery Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide oversight and direct leadership of a team responsible for delivering multiple initiatives
- Engage with various partners, including Risk partners, to ensure project review
- Oversee the preparation of project materials and artifacts
- Contribute to short and long-term project prioritization
- Establish and maintain relationships with key leaders
- Provides portfolio level dashboards and executive summaries
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent education and related training
- 10-12 years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement related role
- Advanced understanding of project management framework
- Demonstrated superior understanding of business and technology organization
- Advanced understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
- Sound working knowledge of holistic banking/investment platforms, products, services
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel as needed, occasionally overnight
