About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide first line of defense risk leadership, oversight, and support
Collaborate with leadership and program owners to execute risk program frameworks
Facilitate execution of key risk framework components
Assist management with identifying, assessing, and controlling risks
Support the evaluation of inherent and residual risk
Document risk program methodologies and procedures
Aggregate and analyze risk data to support monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications or equivalent education
Eight to twelve years of financial services or risk management experience
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Strong analytical, cognitive, conceptual, critical thinking and organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
Demonstrated planning ability with judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
