About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) in BSA/AML operational and compliance efforts
Review, analyze and interpret complex cases and data sets
Design reports and develop analysis capabilities
Plan and develop test plans for internal FIU departments
Make recommendations and ensure follow-up
Organize high priority projects including vendor/contract management
Manage operational elements of assigned programs/projects
Participate in BSA/AML training
Identify key risks and control points

Requirements

What you’ll need

College Degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
Eight years of compliance experience in BSA/AML Compliance, BSA/AML regulatory, BSA/AML Audit or related experience
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of compliance controls
Ability to think critically and demonstrate professional skepticism
Established verbal, written, facilitation and consulting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
Highly-motivated and a self-starter
