Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for providing expert level business analyst and project management needs
- Works with project teams to gather and analyze information needed
- Ensures projects remain on schedule, within scope and budget
- Prepares necessary materials and artifacts
- Leads project planning activities
- Defines project scope and obstacles
- Identifies required changes to scope or timeline
- Creates process mapping for strategic projects
- Establishes and maintains relationships with all stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent education and related training
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting, project management or process improvement related role
- Advanced understanding of project management framework
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems
- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt as the needs of the job change
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to travel as needed, occasionally overnight.
