About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Wholesale Banking’s enhanced data and analytics strategy
- Partner closely with a Business Enablement Lead
- Serve as a data expert
- Consult on business needs and priorities
- Create requirements and help track and prioritize analytics pipeline
- Manage a team for rapid response outputs and ad-hoc reporting
- Track progress of reporting deliverables
- Partner on change management/adoption approaches
- Advance analytic capabilities
- Lead team in design and production of business reporting/competitive intelligence
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships
- Research, analyze, design data sources in support of projects
- Execute data and report validations
- Drive efficiencies and automation in reporting and analytic work
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes
- Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products, processes, or services
- Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure
- Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities
- Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast paced and results driven environment
