Key responsibilities & impact

Team Lead role that provides structure and underwriting expertise to securitization lending transactions
Ability to execute across a wide variety of asset classes including new and bespoke transaction structures
Ensure processes are efficient and adhere to enterprise standards
Advocate for ASG needs, understand escalation channels and navigate the different internal groups
Promote a culture of accountability around day-to-day activities
Work with group head to create/improve reporting to run the business
Oversight and accountability of key portfolio management processes
Ensuring adequate procedures and controls to adhere to policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree, or equivalent education and training
10+ years of related work experience
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across functional areas to resolve complex issues
Strong interpersonal skills which foster teamwork, trust, creativity/innovation and accountability
Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and insightfully.
