Perform comprehensive TRID quality analysis of Retail and Home Mortgage Direct (HMD) operations
Validate/review loans for adherence to all regulations
Review Loan Estimates and Closing Disclosures for accuracy
Identify and correct clerical or numerical defects
Provide training to entry-level associates
Complete complex loan reviews

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training
Seven or more years of mortgage operation experience
Knowledge of regulatory changes
Underwriting and/or Mortgage Closing experience preferred
FHA/VA/USDA/CP and Government DAP program experience preferred
