About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

drive internal IAM initiatives with a strong emphasis on execution, role engineering, access governance and cross-functional collaboration
participate in the design and implementation of IAM capabilities
lead business partners through continuous improvements across the organization
partner closely with Security, Infrastructure, Application Owners, HR, Compliance and Audit teams
manage multiple concurrent IAM initiatives including: Role-based access control (RBAC), Identity governance, Privileged access improvements, Reporting metrics
coordinate activities across teams
assist with standardizing and optimizing access models
support governance processes
identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Two or more years of experience working within an enterprise Information/Cyber Security setting, or equivalent experience
Knowledge in information systems and ability to apply that knowledge in practice
Experience participating in IT projects
5+ years in Identity and Access Management (preferred)
2+ years leading IAM initiatives (preferred)
Experience with one or more IAM platforms such as: Oracle Identity Manager, Sailpoint, CyberArk, Service Now
