About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Balance business, technology and design priorities to deliver brand-defining product and service experiences.
  • Work with the Product Owner to convert the vision into detailed priorities for the Agile delivery team.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic delivery roadmap that supports business goals.
  • Monitor and drive business on all aspects of demand, customer experience, and conversion.
  • Research, analyze, and learn about target client segments to understand their financial needs.
  • Collaborate with partners to align strategy and develop a delivery roadmap.
  • Write epics and features to support the defined roadmap and prioritize across teams.
  • Set Planning Increment (PI) vision, priority and definition, partnering with product owners on feature prioritization.
  • Develop feature backlog roadmap, leading high level deliverables including discovery and usability studies.
  • Create and track product metrics to inform strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors’ degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field; or related field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
  • Five or more years of banking, financial services, or other relevant work experience
  • Three or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience
  • Three or more years of leading cross functional teams
  • Equal enthusiasm for high-level strategic planning and tactical daily execution
  • Experience defining/driving vision of experience programs and/or partnership based programs
  • Experience defining and delivering large-scale online initiatives
  • Proven ability to use data analytics, research and testing methodologies to drive business decisions
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, and making independent decisions
  • Excellent skills in presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation
  • Experience in roles requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills & the creation and delivery of succinct presentations to explain and sell plans/vision.
