About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, design, and support Truist's product platform
- Analyze product and project data such as timelines, key metrics, and user feedback
- Gather status updates and prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations
- Research product issues and required fixes
- Collaborate with product, project, and technology delivery teams
- Monitor digital trends and identify experience-related trends
- Lead fact-driven analysis of the market
- Benchmark Truist products and services
- Synthesize insights and coordinate research with analysts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors’ degree in business, engineering, design, or technology field
- Three or more years of banking, financial services, digital, or other relevant work experience
- Two or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience
- Comfortable managing concurrent projects in a fast-based, results-driven environment
- Comfortable with ambiguity, leading work autonomously, and making independent decisions
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Well-developed analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of trends in technology and in the financial services industry
- Ability to learn and translate technically complex concepts into business friendly terminology
- Considerable tact, diplomacy, and people skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
