About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide systems analysis support for application systems
- Gather information, analyze, develop and document specifications to solve simple enhancements
- Work with Developers, Business Analysts, Operations, and other Tech partners to ensure the design process is effective
- Interpret client requirements into documented system requirement specifications
- Analyze desktop application requests added to the portfolio
- Thoroughly test assigned enhancements
- Develop knowledge of assigned applications and their interaction with other applications
- Work with Enterprise Architect teams to develop knowledge and support their business and operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
- Two to four years of experience or equivalent proficiency in application analysis and design
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) certification (preferred)
- Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management (preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of data flow, mainframe/client server systems, problem analysis, and systems tuning (preferred)
- Proficient in multiple programming/script languages with proficiency in development of systems and program interfaces (preferred)
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Office products (preferred)
