About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for operational duties in investor accounting and reporting
- Manage vendor management, data management, and management reporting
- Oversee systems and applications management, including bank account reconciliations
- Set direction and goals, managing results for various functional groups
- Manage associate relations and ongoing training
- Handle investor accounting functions like payment processing and reporting
- Provide leadership for vendor management across Grandbridge
- Manage bank account administration, including compliance and regulatory issues
- Ensure maintenance of policies and procedures in compliance with requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate or related discipline or equivalent training and work-related experience
- Ten years of relevant work experience in an operational environment, with at least five years in commercial real estate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively lead both large and small teams in order to achieve strategic objectives
- Proven strategic thinking and decision making skills
- Deep understanding of commercial mortgage compliance requirements and issues
- Technical acumen necessary to administer complex systems and applications to teammates
- Ten years in a commercial mortgage operations leadership role or related experience
