About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively resolving day-to-day needs of the business unit with a focus on process analysis
- Project leadership for the implementation of projects, including process analysis, requirements gathering, design and testing
- Proactively identify and apply emerging business technologies and processes
- Coordinate systems implementation, testing and training
- Serve as primary technical resource for the management of operational functions related to systems
- Compile and analyze reports, graphs, and charts of data developed
- Participate in continuous review and updates of current policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with vendors supporting assigned systems
- Work closely with Data and Technology - Services (D&TS) providing necessary information to correct any production issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems or related field, or equivalent education and related training
- Five years of system operations, database management and banking experience
- Strong knowledge of project management
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Basic knowledge of bank operations, accounting functions and associated technology
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products including Document Direct, Excel, Outlook, Mobius and report writers
- Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
