About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage teammates as they process cash and non-cash transactions in the loan servicing application.
- Ensure all lender remittances and corresponding reporting for all lender types is completed timely and accurately, including all IRP reporting (CMBS) and Agency reporting (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA).
- Manage the delivery of funds to external clients and other third parties as required.
- Manage system balancing, clearing cash exceptions and cash management functions.
- Manage the daily operations account reviews as well as daily reviews on high-volume DDA’s.
- Manage and monitor the review of all Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) loans to ensure accurate billing.
- Manage and monitor the review of all Bond loans to ensure accurate billing.
- Ensure maintenance of accurate records for autodraft payments and excess rent refunds.
- Provide oversight in the opening and closing of bank accounts.
- Update Policies and Procedures as needed.
Requirements
What you’ll need- College Degree or equivalent education and training.
- 6 years of work related experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate and timely work product.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with heavy interaction with teammates and clients.
- Ability to collaborate or work independently.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
- Ability to lead and manage teammates.
- Commercial loan operations experience.
