Key responsibilities & impact

Support data integration and reporting initiatives across ERP and finance and risk data platforms
Focus on supporting data analysis, validation, and reporting to ensure accuracy and consistency
Gather and analyze project/downstream data mart consumers requirements
Collaborate closely with Lines of Business (LOB) teams on data mapping
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for technology teams
Design, implement, and execute complex recurring or ad hoc reports, analyses, data, system-related, or operational tasks
Investigate and research unexplained variations in reports, data, systems, etc.
Explain results of reports and research to department management and other stakeholders
Develop and administer controls to ensure the integrity of departmental process
Evaluate and recommend improvements to departmental processes
Assist with development of departmental documentation
Serve as a consultative resource on risk reporting, data, system, or related issues
Engage with stakeholders to identify business objectives and scope solution requirements
Lead moderate projects with heightened risks, complexity, and resource requirements
Mentor less experienced teammates to build their own technical expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
7+ years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Deep specialized and/or broad knowledge within a professional discipline
Solid understanding of key business processes and strategies
Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders
Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical, operational, and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities
Ability to lead moderately complex projects
Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
