About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

support the Finance and Accounting team in initiating, planning, and executing complex change projects
ensure business requirements are tested effectively and efficiently prior to deployment into production
own and oversee complex projects throughout the established project lifecycle
participate in the assessment of the upstream system changes that impact Accounting and Reconcilement
coordinate process workflow for intake documentation of potential testing initiatives to verify downstream impact
liaise with other teams to identify dependencies and support risk and issue management across workstreams
facilitate meetings and/or working sessions with stakeholders to validate testing needs
execute test scenarios and cases utilizing a variety of finance and accounting systems
record, manage and drive resolution of pertinent issues
obtain stakeholder sign-off for production deployment following successful test execution
identify risks and issues and escalate timely

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent education and related training
2-3 years of experience on a project team, testing with financial systems
Experience in Finance and Accounting
Experience in SAP Financials (ECC)
Experience in Blackline reconciliation
Experience with Rally or Jira
Working on an Agile team
PMP Certification
