About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the strategic and tactical aspects of a complex product portfolio
- Deliver innovative digital onboarding and servicing capabilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for onboarding capabilities
- Ensure integration with servicing and account management platforms
- Manage product lifecycle processes including ideation, strategy, development, etc.
- Drive alignment across technology, operations, compliance, business stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a strategic delivery roadmap
- Mentor and lead junior product managers and associates
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of relevant financial services or consulting experience
- Strong product management, design and development skills
- In-depth knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of payments systems
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products
