About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Application Teams: Collaborate with application owners and technical teams
- Plan and Coordinate Critical Platform Work: Partner with sponsors, platform and product owners to support initiatives
- Execute Against Plans: Drive execution against established roadmaps
- Risk, Issue, and Decision Management: Identify, document, and manage risks, issues, decisions
- Cross Team Coordination: Work across Infrastructure, Security, Database, and Application Technical Management teams
- Communication and Reporting: Provide regular status updates and stakeholder communications
- Standards and Compliance Support: Ensure Compliance with technology lifecycle management standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree in Information Technology-related field, or equivalent education and related training
- Two years of information technology experience with significant experience in software development
- Two years of experience as a business analyst or related role
- Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
- Experience with traditional Waterfall SDLC and/or Agile/Lean methodologies
- Strong presentation, verbal and written skills
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Ability to effectively interface with staff at all levels
- Exceptional communication, teamwork and influencing skills
- Strong ability to resolve conflicts
- Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Knowledgeable of core business functions, processes and workflows
