Key responsibilities & impact

Support Data Governance across the enterprise
Enable business growth while ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory expectations
Partner with various business and technology stakeholders
Influence and drive adoption of Enterprise Data Management strategies
Evaluate established and emerging data practices and technologies
Implement innovative processes and solutions
Lead the enterprise Authorized Provisioning Point program
Define a data domain based model
Lead program execution and asset certification
Maintain policies, frameworks, standards, and procedures
Support data-products strategy
Implement core data management and governance capabilities
Collaborate closely with peer teams to ensure coordination and synergy
Champion and drive improvement in enterprise data management practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in related field
Ten years of experience in technology, data management, governance, risk or related practice
Large program strategic planning/execution across multiple functions
Expert-level experience implementing enterprise data governance operating models
Leadership experience driving cloud data governance
Background establishing and overseeing enterprise data quality programs
Experience leading adoption of data governance platforms
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience governing AI/ML data practices
Track record in coaching and mentoring data stewards, analysts, and governance practitioners
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other graduate or advanced-level certification
Effective performance within shared service environments
Knowledge of data tools and platforms
