Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic business consultant providing financial analysis and guidance.
Prepare management information and insights to guide decision making.
Support and develop recurring short and long-term financial forecasts.
Provide financial leadership for a specialized sub-segment.
Ensure accurate reporting and contribute to tactical execution and planning.
Align financials with operational goals.
Support performance tracking and variance analysis.
Collaborate with business partners to support financial decision-making.
Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity.
Develop business case materials and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and related training.
Eight years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Proactive in completing tasks and producing deliverables.
Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.
Ability to build consensus through communication and presentation of factual and relevant information.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interpret and communicate financial analysis to business partners.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Sound and logical decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well with others.
Familiarity with GAAP.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Financial Modeling experience.
