Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a strategic business consultant providing financial analysis and guidance.
  • Prepare management information and insights to guide decision making.
  • Support and develop recurring short and long-term financial forecasts.
  • Provide financial leadership for a specialized sub-segment.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and contribute to tactical execution and planning.
  • Align financials with operational goals.
  • Support performance tracking and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with business partners to support financial decision-making.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure data integrity.
  • Develop business case materials and ensure alignment with stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and related training.
  • Eight years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Proactive in completing tasks and producing deliverables.
  • Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes.
  • Ability to build consensus through communication and presentation of factual and relevant information.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interpret and communicate financial analysis to business partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound and logical decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well with others.
  • Familiarity with GAAP.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Financial Modeling experience.
