About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads the administration of CSBB incentive compensation programs.
  • Manages incentive operations from plan setup through payout.
  • Oversees teams responsible for incentive calculations, validation, approvals, and payment cycles.
  • Partners with Lines of Business, technology, and project teams to coordinate system changes.
  • Establishes priorities, monitors workloads and cycle readiness, and provides leadership direction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in HR operations or related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to take ownership of outcomes, influence others, and drive work forward in a collaborative environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with automated incentive compensation systems (e.g., Varicent, Motivator, or similar), including payout calculations, data validation, and production cycles.
  • Strong business partnership and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, understand business drivers, and provide practical guidance on incentive plan administration and effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to execute in a controlled environment, including developing repeatable processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with audit, governance, and regulatory requirements.
