About the role
- Execute for Fraud Department on Enterprise Change methodology requirements
- Assist in documentation of risks & controls for project scope
- Prepare project Points of Contact for ECRE process
- Advise on identification, documentation and approval of Risks, Controls, and Mitigation Plans
- Ensure adherence to the design expectations
- Participate in weekly/ongoing project meetings
- Own significant portions of the ECRE Execution process
- Accountable to ECRM Quality Metrics for ECRE Program Execution
- Communicate opportunities to collaborate on process improvements
Requirements
- College Degree or equivalent education, or commensurate training and work-related experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to problem solve or pivot direction quickly
- Self-starter, highly motivated, change agent
- Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration and leadership skills
- Ability to speak, present and provide engagement for Executive Summary presentations
- Experience in applying problem solving toolsets
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications
- Demonstrated time-management skills
- Solid understanding of program and project management disciplines
- Ability to work in a fast paced, highly complex environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
