About the role
- Ensure compliance with CRA Lending, Investment, and Servicing
- Create outreach events and activities for low-income communities
- Collaborate with community-based organizations for outreach opportunities
- Manage Community Advisory Council relationships and meetings
- Perform monthly/quarterly reporting on outreach efforts
- Plan and coordinate project activities for outreach events
- Measure outreach project performance for management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Understanding of project management framework and methodologies
- Skills in developing and implementing processes and operational plans
- Ability to lead projects, resolve issues, and manage timelines
- Working knowledge of cost and risk management practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to represent Truist professionally in group settings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
