About the role

  • Ensure compliance with CRA Lending, Investment, and Servicing
  • Create outreach events and activities for low-income communities
  • Collaborate with community-based organizations for outreach opportunities
  • Manage Community Advisory Council relationships and meetings
  • Perform monthly/quarterly reporting on outreach efforts
  • Plan and coordinate project activities for outreach events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of project management framework and methodologies
  • Skills in developing and implementing processes and operational plans
  • Ability to lead projects, resolve issues, and manage timelines
  • Working knowledge of cost and risk management practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to represent Truist professionally in group settings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
