About the role
- Manage strategic and tactical aspects of product portfolio for Treasury Solutions
- Plan and coordinate activities for assigned product portfolio
- Document and present concepts for new products
- Manage product line direction through assessment of current products and pricing
- Develop and maintain product profit and loss and business plans
- Present monthly, quarterly, and annual product line update reports
- Initiate continuous process improvement and assess opportunities for change
- Establish pricing strategies and analyze market data
- Lead volume forecasts based on market environment and business plans
- Support sales through joint sales calls and trade shows
- Monitor competition and market forces affecting product line
- Mentor junior product managers and associates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 10+ years of relevant financial services or consulting firm experience
- Strong product management, design and development skills
- In-depth knowledge of Treasury Solutions applications and products
- Strong leadership, management and marketing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, organization and time management skills
- Superior influencing, negotiation and conflict management skills
- Advanced knowledge of payments systems and practices
- Superior financial and competitive analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
