About the role
- Manage governance processes over design, execution, and implementation of Operational and Model Risk Transformation initiatives
- Execute processes to support oversight of Operational and Model Risk Transformation initiatives
- Manage processes to support the identification of thematic trends in execution deficiencies
- Manage ORM Risk Taxonomy, Risk Appetite Framework, operational risk metrics and Key Risk Indicators
- Identify, onboard, and provide guidance and coaching to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Ten years of relevant experience in Risk or Audit functions
- Ten years of experience managing people
- Excellent management skills
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to influence and drive change
- Profound sense of ethics
