About the role

  • Manage governance processes over design, execution, and implementation of Operational and Model Risk Transformation initiatives
  • Execute processes to support oversight of Operational and Model Risk Transformation initiatives
  • Manage processes to support the identification of thematic trends in execution deficiencies
  • Manage ORM Risk Taxonomy, Risk Appetite Framework, operational risk metrics and Key Risk Indicators
  • Identify, onboard, and provide guidance and coaching to team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Ten years of relevant experience in Risk or Audit functions
  • Ten years of experience managing people
  • Excellent management skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to influence and drive change
