About the role
- Provide expert level project business analyst skillset
- Supports management of large and complex initiatives
- Gather and analyze information needed for project teams
- Manage day-to-day activities for project delivery processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Identify and support required changes to scope or timeline
- Lead execution activities for project objectives
- Prepare and maintain project materials and artifacts
- Ensure compliance with governance requirements
- Provide tracking and reporting of project status to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent education and related training
- 5-7 years of experience in consulting, project management, project analyst, or process improvement related role
- Advanced understanding of project management framework
- Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products
- Ability to travel as needed, occasionally overnight
