About the role
- Serve as a senior developer working with stakeholders on requirements, design, and implementation
- API integration between SBL and supporting applications
- Lead and perform development efforts such as analysis, design, coding/creating, and testing
- Identify and resolve complex technical, operational, risk management, and organizational challenges
- Support technology solutions that meet business needs
- Actively participate in refining user stories and deliver high-quality working software in an Agile environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training or experience
- In-depth knowledge in information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices
- Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
- Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices
- Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
