- Develop customized coding and software integration
- Perform analysis and configure solutions
- Lead and participate in development, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of solutions
- Build non-functional monitoring capabilities
- Provide escalated support for complex applications
- Maintain security controls and monitoring
- Typically lead moderately complex projects
- Solve complex technical and operational problems

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 6 to 10 years of experience or equivalent education and software engineering training
- In-depth knowledge in information systems
- Ability to identify, apply, and implement best practices
- Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function
- Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems
- Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates
- Ability to interpret and convey complex, difficult, or sensitive information
