About the role
- Define the QA strategy, testing roadmap, and quality objectives for programs and releases
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end testing activities
- Oversee IAM test governance and communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics
- Provide strategic direction on test tooling, automation frameworks, and improvement initiatives
- Prioritize QA investments and resource allocation for multiple projects
- Manage a portfolio of testing activities to ensure quality controls
- Mentor testers and QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or technology related field
- More than seven years of demonstrated progressive experience in Cybersecurity
- Excellent ability to express complex multi-disciplinary concepts clearly
- Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity terms, concepts, disciplines, frameworks, and regulatory requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience testing IAM tools like SailPoint IIQ, OIM, Saviynt
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
- Experience automating test cases
- Cyber security certifications such as CISA, CISSP
