About the role

  • Define the QA strategy, testing roadmap, and quality objectives for programs and releases
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of end-to-end testing activities
  • Oversee IAM test governance and communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics
  • Provide strategic direction on test tooling, automation frameworks, and improvement initiatives
  • Prioritize QA investments and resource allocation for multiple projects
  • Manage a portfolio of testing activities to ensure quality controls
  • Mentor testers and QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or technology related field
  • More than seven years of demonstrated progressive experience in Cybersecurity
  • Excellent ability to express complex multi-disciplinary concepts clearly
  • Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity terms, concepts, disciplines, frameworks, and regulatory requirements
  • 5+ years relevant experience testing IAM tools like SailPoint IIQ, OIM, Saviynt
  • Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts
  • Experience automating test cases
  • Cyber security certifications such as CISA, CISSP
