About the role
- Provides independent risk oversight for Truist Technology
- Identify, mitigate, monitor and report technology risks
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Information Risk Framework
- Execute independent assessment of technology controls
- Strengthen proactive risk culture with technology teams
- Monitor legal and compliance matters for Technology oversight area
- Contribute to complex projects impacting risk management
- Comfortable working in interdisciplinary environments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Five+ years of banking, technology, operations or risk management experience
- Experience in Cyber Risk oversight domains such as VPM, DLP, encryption, IAM, network security, security operations
- Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated effective influencing skills
- Comfort with data and applying analysis
- Adept with Microsoft Office products
