About the role
- Lead financial crimes model analytics initiatives and data strategy
- Develop, maintain and supervise monitoring, performance reporting
- Identify and recommend model, process, and/or technology changes
- Ensure delivery of accurate and actionable analytics
- Develop high functioning working relationships with internal and external partners
- Provide support for responding to internal and external reviewers
- Ensure proper procedures and documentation are followed
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Five years of SAS experience with large data problems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong work ethic and desire to enhance knowledge
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to shifting objectives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
