About the role

  • Lead financial crimes model analytics initiatives and data strategy
  • Develop, maintain and supervise monitoring, performance reporting
  • Identify and recommend model, process, and/or technology changes
  • Ensure delivery of accurate and actionable analytics
  • Develop high functioning working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Provide support for responding to internal and external reviewers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Analytical, project management, and organizational skills
  • Five years of SAS experience with large data problems
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Strong work ethic and desire to enhance knowledge
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to shifting objectives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
