About the role
- Responsible for consultative sales of Treasury Solutions (TS) products and services to assigned client group
- Executes sales plan, develops strong partnership and collaboration with line of business and other internal partners to identify and drive client and prospect sales opportunities
- Fosters relationships with bankers and product partners to collaborate on opportunities
- Independently manages a portfolio of clients with TS needs
- Participates in the development of detailed relationship plans for clients/prospects
- Responsible for providing client working capital services and solutions
- Adheres and follows all applicable policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
- 5 years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services
- Maintains deep understanding of bank's Working Capital solutions
- Must have or obtain Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) within 12 months of entering position
- 7+ years of sales experience of financial or treasury products and/or services (preferred)
- CFA Designation (preferred)
- Maintains up to date knowledge of Treasury Trends & Best Practices (preferred)
- Expected to be subject area experts in one (or more) specific skill sets, business areas or products (preferred)
