About the role

  • Administer incentive payments from automated incentive compensation systems
  • Exercise judgement within areas of expertise and work independently and with a team
  • Support Lines of Business by providing accurate and timely responses
  • Perform functional testing of new business requirements in automated incentive compensation system
  • Provide responses to questions and present solutions
  • Proactively identify issues and implement solutions
  • Identify manual processes and deliver automated solutions
  • Engage with key partners to deliver solutions to Lines of Business

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
  • Two years of financial services experience, including exposure to technology applications
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong process orientation
  • Professional in Human Resources designation (PHR) preferred
  • Root cause analysis experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce and Workday preferred
  • Brokerage/commissioned incentive plan experience preferred
  • Varicent Incentive System experience preferred
