About the role
- Administer incentive payments from automated incentive compensation systems
- Exercise judgement within areas of expertise and work independently and with a team
- Support Lines of Business by providing accurate and timely responses
- Perform functional testing of new business requirements in automated incentive compensation system
- Provide responses to questions and present solutions
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions
- Identify manual processes and deliver automated solutions
- Engage with key partners to deliver solutions to Lines of Business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience
- Two years of financial services experience, including exposure to technology applications
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong process orientation
- Professional in Human Resources designation (PHR) preferred
- Root cause analysis experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and Workday preferred
- Brokerage/commissioned incentive plan experience preferred
- Varicent Incentive System experience preferred
