About the role

  • Responsible for consultative sales of Payments Solutions to assigned clients
  • Executes sales plan and develops partnership with internal partners
  • Manages a portfolio of clients with payments needs
  • Develops detailed relationship plans for clients/prospects
  • Provides client working capital services and solutions
  • Adheres to policies and escalates issues to leadership
  • Consults with clients through various communication methods
  • Responsible for accurate reporting of sales efforts
  • Meets clients virtually to assess needs and make recommendations
  • Coordinates fulfillment process and makes referrals as needed
  • Manages complex servicing issues for clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
  • 3 years of sales experience in financial services or payment solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct business via virtual methods
  • Strong knowledge of business operations and financial services sales process
  • Exceptionally strong time management and organizational skills
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work productively without close supervision
