Embed within client teams to understand workflows, business challenges, and operational bottlenecks
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation and workflow optimization
Frame AI use cases around measurable business outcomes such as efficiency, throughput, cost reduction, and process improvement
Design and prototype AI-powered solutions using LLMs, prompts, agents, APIs, and orchestration tools
Build and validate proof-of-concept solutions while defining pathways to production implementation
Design scalable solutions with governance, observability, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls
Translate business needs into practical technical solutions and implementation roadmaps
Drive projects from discovery and solution design through implementation and adoption
Support change management and help teams successfully adopt new workflows and operating models
Contribute to internal best practices, methodologies, and frameworks for AI transformation initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Senior client-facing experience working with executives, business leaders, and cross-functional teams
Strong expertise in at least one industry or business function
Strong knowledge of AI technologies including LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools
Hands-on experience building prototypes using prompts, APIs, agents, and evaluation frameworks
Experience improving workflows, business processes, or operational efficiency through technology
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions
Experience moving initiatives from pilot or proof-of-concept to production
Strong understanding of change management and organizational adoption
Ability to thrive in highly ambiguous, fast-paced environments
