About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and develop full-stack features for internal operational platforms supporting finance, compliance, and commissions workflows.
Build scalable backend services and integrations using modern API architectures, webhooks, and third-party platforms.
Develop dashboards and internal tools that surface operational and business metrics in real time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript for backend application development.
Strong frontend development experience with React or Vue.
Solid working knowledge of Python and experience with frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
Experience building modern full-stack web applications and APIs.
Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational databases.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhook integrations, and third-party API consumption.
Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud environments, with AWS preferred.
Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or MCP (Model Context Protocol) services.
AI-Augmented Development: You don’t just use AI for chat; you have a demonstrated ability to use Claude Code (or equivalent agentic tools) for non-trivial architectural and coding tasks.
Experience working independently in a remote-first, async engineering environment.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
