About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead UX initiatives from discovery through delivery across digital products.
- Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
- Analyze user behavior, business objectives, and competitive landscapes to inform design decisions.
- Define UX strategies aligned with product and business goals.
- Create user journeys, user flows, information architecture, and experience maps.
- Design wireframes, low- and high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Produce UX documentation, including personas, storyboards, and design specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Strategists, Researchers, and Visual Designers.
- Present and clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
- Validate solutions through usability testing and iterative design improvements.
- Ensure consistency, accessibility, and usability across responsive web experiences.
- Support projects throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional experience in UX Design or UX/UI Design.
- Strong proficiency with Figma.
- Experience designing responsive web applications.
- Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user-centered design principles.
- Experience creating wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.
- Ability to produce clear UX documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing UX case studies and design process.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
