About the role

  • Bridge the gap between business and technology teams to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and Adobe consultants to drive solution design and implementation.
  • Define and document business processes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation across AEM, AEP CDP, CJA, Workfront, Analytics, and Target ensuring seamless integration.
  • Support change management, user adoption, and training to maximize product value.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with agile development teams.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices, governance policies, and industry standards for data security and privacy.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM (Adobe Experience Manager), AEP (Adobe Experience Platform), Workfront, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.
  • Experience defining and managing digital marketing and content strategies within enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing product backlogs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align business and technical teams.
  • Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies in a digital marketing or enterprise setting.
  • 7–10 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, or digital marketing technology roles.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level MarTech implementations and digital transformation initiatives.
